1. Voting Period:

• Votes can be accumulated continuously until the final date indicated on the voting page's homepage.
• Each participant can vote as many times as wanted, selecting up to 5 nominees per category each time.
• There are no restrictions on the number of votes per person.
• Voting is exclusively online, through the domain boyslovehub.com/hubawards.

2. Voting Progress:

• During the voting period, partial vote counts will not be disclosed at any time, as is customary for all HUB AWARDS editions and in accordance with traditional award practices in Brazil.
• Results will be officially announced on the day of the awards, starting at 7:00 PM Brasília time, exclusively on BoysLove Hub's social media and the official awards website.

3. Nomination Criteria:

• Eligible series must have the highest percentage of episodes aired in 2023. In other words, series that premiered in 2022 but continued airing in 2023 with more episodes are considered eligible. Similarly, series that premiered in 2023, will continue airing in 2024, but have more episodes in 2023, are also considered eligible. In the case of series having the same number of episodes in one year and the other (50% X 50%), the criterion becomes the number of elapsed days between the premiere date until the end of the year X the start of the year until the finale date: if there are more elapsed days in 2023, the series is considered eligible for this edition. If there are more elapsed days in 2024, the series will be considered eligible only in the next edition of HUB AWARDS, in 2024.
• Eligible movies do not necessarily have to premiere in 2023 to be considered for the awards. The exclusive criterion for their inclusion is that they were made available to Brazilians during the year 2023. This criterion takes into account that many films are initially released in selected Asian countries and made available internationally in a subsequent month or year.
• OSTs (Original Soundtracks) do not necessarily have to be released in 2023 to be considered for the awards. The exclusive criterion for their inclusion is that the series or film to which they are linked is eligible. In other words, if a BL series from 2023 is eligible for the awards and one of its OSTs was released in 2022 or 2024, it will still be considered eligible as it is associated with the drama that is an integral part and is eligible.
• For actors, either individually or with their partners, it is necessary that they have participated in a BL production during the year 2023 to be eligible for the awards. In other words, if a couple showed great chemistry throughout the year but was not involved in any BL project during 2023, they will not be considered eligible for the awards. There is an exception for the "Plot Twist of the Year" category.

4. Nomination Process:

• Nominations were open to the public for a period of 5 days in December 2023.
• Technical categories are evaluated by a jury composed of BoysLove Hub professionals, whose choices do not go through public voting.

4. Thai BL of the Year: Vote for the best Thai BoysLove production of the year.

5. Japanese BL of the Year: Vote for the best Japanese BoysLove production of the year.

6. Taiwanese BL of the Year: Vote for the best Taiwanese BoysLove production of the year.

7. Korean BL of the Year: Vote for the best Korean BoysLove production of the year.

8. OST of the Year: Vote for the most remarkable and engaging soundtrack of the year.

9. Protagonist Couple of the Year (Characters): Choose the best main couple of BL characters in 2023.

10. Secondary Couple of the Year (Characters): Highlight the secondary couple that impressed you the most in a BL of the year.

11. Actor of the Year: Choose the actor who stood out in exceptional performances.

12. Actress of the Year: Highlight the actress who shone in productions in 2023.

13. Rookie of the Year: Vote for the new talent that surprised and won over the audience.

14. Chemistry of the Year: Choose the pair of actors who best conveyed chemistry on screen.

15. Opening of the Year: Vote for the best opening of a BL series of the year.

16. Urban Legend of the Year: Choose the production you looked forward to the most throughout the entire year but was not released.

17. Dramatic Scene of the Year: Choose the scene that most moved and marked the year.

18. Kiss Scene of the Year: Vote for the kiss scene that stayed in your memory.

19. Hot Actor of the Year: Highlight the actor who impressed the most with his attractiveness.

20. Representation in Dramas of the Year: Vote for non-BL drama characters who best represented diversity.

21. Plot Twist of the Year: Choose the surprising moment that turned the plot upside down.

22. Crossover of the Year: Vote for the most exciting and unexpected encounter.

23. Best Producer of the Year: Highlight the company that stood out the most in BoysLove production in the year.

24. Best Streaming of the Year: Vote for the streaming platform that offered the best experiences in 2023.

25. Most Anticipated Debut for 2024: Vote for the production you can't wait to watch next year.

These technical categories will be evaluated by a jury composed of BoysLove Hub professionals, whose choices will not undergo public voting, recognizing the excellence and artistic contribution of the productions.

6. Closing and Announcement:

• Voting concludes on the date indicated on the voting page's homepage, available on the boyslovehub.com/hubawards domain.
• Results will be officially announced on BoysLove Hub's social media on the day of the awards.

7. Voting Security and Integrity:

• Voting takes place exclusively online through the boyslovehub.com/hubawards domain.
• Monitoring and audit procedures are implemented to deter the use of bots and fraudulent voting methods.

8. Regulation Validity:

• This regulation comes into effect on the date of its publication, on 01/01/2024.
